Navitas Business Consulting, Inc. ("Navitas") collects the information you provide in this RSVP form solely to plan and host the Navitas 20th Anniversary Celebration. What we collect: your name, contact details, organization and title; your attendance response; the names and meal preferences of any additional guests; your accommodation request; and any notes you choose to share. How we use it: to manage the guest list, communicate with you about the event, coordinate meal selections and hotel requirements, and welcome guests on the evening. Information is visible only to authorized event administrators and is used only to prepare for the event. What we don't do: we do not sell your information, use it for marketing unrelated to this event, or make the guest list publicly available. Retention: registration data is retained only as long as needed for the event and related follow-up, then deleted or anonymized according to Navitas's approved retention policy. Your choices: you can view, update or cancel your RSVP at any time before the deadline using the secure link in your confirmation email. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact the event team.
